Hi, I'm Maria.
Before coaching, I spent years as an Operations Manager inside multinational companies, navigating high-stakes communication in languages that weren't my own.
I coach professionals who already speak good English but freeze under pressure, because I live that exact challenge myself, working every day in Italian, my second language.
That's lived credibility, not theory and it's the lens the whole IMPACT framework is built through.
